After looking at the previous winners of the tea towel competition, I started looking into similar designs that I could see around me, this illustration style is quite popular at the moment around the high street and in clothing. I looked at novelty things and clothing from Urban Outfitters to get some ideas about the kind of things that are in fashion right now, I came up with a quick list of the following:

- animals - cats, pugs etc.
